PASTORS AND CHURCH LEADERS TRACK
This track was designed for pastors, seminary students and church leaders who are interested in building a mission vision in their church. The goal of the track was to help participants engage the Urbana experience and Urbana resources in the context of their leadership roles in the church.
Steve Hayner is the President of Columbia Theological Seminary. He currently serves on the Board of the International Justice Mission, World Vision/ USA and World Vision International. He was previously the President of InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA (1988-2001).
Sharol Hayner is the Associate Pastor for Discipleship at Peachtree Presbyterian Church in Atlanta. She is a graduate of Columbia Theological Seminary and has also served at Park Street Church in Boston, University Presbyterian Church in Seattle, and Christ Presbyterian Church in Madison, Wisconsin.The Missional Church in Worship, Dec. 28
Rev. Richard Allen FarmerAn experienced pastor and college chaplain, Dr. Farmer has served as Senior Pastor of the Bethany Baptist Church in Pittsburgh and as Dean of Chapel at both Gordon College and Taylor University. A graduate of Nyack College (Bachelor of Music) degree and Princeton Theological Seminary (Master of Divinity), Rev. Farmer has been awarded an honorary Doctor of Divinity degree by Gordon College and an honorary Doctor of Sacred Theology degree by Houghton College. Dr. Farmer currently spends most of his time offering inspirational, informational, verbal and musical
presentations that clearly demonstrate passion and excellence.

Rev. Gordon Smith
Dr. Smith grew up in Ecuador and is president of reSource Leadership International, which works with other reSource affiliates to support and enable excellence in theological education in the developing world. Formerly academic dean and associate professor of spiritual theology at Regent College in Vancouver, British Columbia. Rev. Smith has also served as the senior pastor of two congregations and as associate pastor of Tenth Avenue Alliance Church in Vancouver. He is the author of Beginning Well, Courage and Calling, Listening to God in Times of Choice and The Voice of Jesus.

Rev. Ken Fong
Kenneth Uyeda Fong (D.Min., Fuller Theological Seminary) is senior pastor of Evergreen Baptist Church of Los Angeles, located in Rosemead, California. He is a pioneer in multi-Asian and multiethnic church ministry. Rev. Fong is a contributing editor of Leadership Journal, has taught courses as an adjunct faculty member at Fuller Theological Seminary, and is currently and adjunct professor for the Haggard School of Theology at Azusa Pacific University. He is the author of Secure in God's Embrace, Insights for Growing Asian-American Ministries: How to Reach the Increasing Numbers of "Americanized" Asian Americans for Christ, and Pursuing the Pearl: A Comprehensive Resource for Multi-Asian Ministry.
