transportation - arriving in st. louis for urbana 09 December 27, 2009.
1. Make your way to your hotel
From the airport: Look for the Urbana guides around the airport wearing blue vests. They will give you an Arrival Instruction Card explaining how to get where you need to go and ask any questions you may have. Have about $10 cash on hand to purchase a MetroLink ticket that will take you to your hotel (tickets range from $3.75 - $7.50, plus you may eventually need to tip hotel staff). Keep any return trip tickets and your Arrival Instruction Card in a safe place.
Arriving by car: Starting at 10 AM on December 27, you may go directly to the check-in location assigned to you in the arrival email sent to you from Urbana 09.
Arriving via charter bus: buses are scheduled to arrive at the America’s Center at 7th & Convention Plaza, St. Louis prior to 2PM on December 27. Once you arrive, an Urbana Guide will board your bus and give you detailed arrival information.
2. Go to Urbana 09 Conference check-in at The America’s Center,
